I currently don't enable the rfc3195 module in the Debian rsyslog package. I just stumbled over it when looking at 7.6.0 and its dependency on liblogging-stdlog. So no hurry from my POV. Regarding enabling rfc3195 support: I never used this technology and I don't know how useful/mature/wide-spread it is. Do you think it would be useful to enable in a general purpose distro like Debian? Not sure if other distro packagers read this list, if so, do you enable that module?
