I asked Andre if we could obtain some more specifics. But in essence,
that's what it is. They say they had some "unexpected issues" for "unknown
reasons". Given that this is a budget hosting account, that answer is even
OK.

Again, we would really like to move something more stable, but we need
people who help carry out that work and/or organizations who fund resources
(like an amazon cloud server). As I said, we may think about including such
a better resource with support contracts, if there is no other way to do
that.
