I know that a lot of licenses that work very well for code don't work as well
for docs, but I haven't really looked that closely at the various doc licenses.

currently, the doc is under different licenses. As most of this doc is
written by me or Adiscon folks, relicensing is probably not that big of a
problem (but needs to be checked for each file, of course).
