Under what circumstances will rsyslog return the following message: 02:57:32.116843 IP 192.168.20.13 > 172.30.0.213: ICMP host 192.168.20.13 unreachable - admin prohibited, length 143
192.168.20.13 is the rsyslog server. My best guess is an incorrectly crafted syslog packet.
