I've noticed a few threads on liblogging1 versus liblogging (or
liblognorm1 versus liblognorm), but I can't seem to get my brain wrapped
around it. The root issue is similar to what was reported in this

Rsyslog 8.2.2-1 installs without issue with liblognorm1 and liblogging1
but will not run due to the following error: undefined symbol: stdlog_init
What are the "correct" RPM requirements? Why are both RPMs available
when it appears that one RPM does *not* work and rsyslog will *not* run
with it?
In the linked thread, David asked if the problem still exists on 8.2.2
and I did not see a reply - I would like to ensure that this is a known
issue.
