can't you write something like
> # libdbi
> {
> Leak from dbi/dlopen
> Memcheck:Leak
> fun:calloc
> obj:/lib/libdl-*.so
> fun:dlopen
> fun:dbi_initialize
> }
which should match multiple libdbi versions?
