Thanks, an organization-maintained 'official' package will be quite helpful! Looking at the current repo, when you do, if you could split off rsyslog into a separate subproject it'd make it simpler to NOT pick up the other packages & upgrades in the current repo (e.g., bacula, grub2, etc).
