well, these are regular messages, they have nothing to do with the new
parameter. The debug.gnutls soley sends data to the debug log, because it
is potentially overwhelming (and may cause a send-loop).

Maybe he didn't get these messages previously because older rsyslog
versions did have less precise error messages. Maybe it's different causes
leading to different error messages.
