This is now solved. Now both remote destinations work at the same time, and local logging also works. So solved.
I don't know why thou, (I certainly have not done anything) and that kind of bothers me, but I'll get over it when I get onto the never ending streams of issues coming my way :) Thanks to all for the help provided!
