when doing make dist to create a tarball, it complains:
rsyslog-8.10.0.master/tests/testsuites/elasticsearch-bulk-errorfile-populated-default-interleaved.conf: file name is too long (max 99); not dumped
newer versions of tar will not have this problem, but apparently the version shipped in ubuntu 14.04 does.
could this be renamed to something shorter?
