I try to upgrade from 8.11.0 to 8.13.0, but got configuration parse
fail. I search the github issue and find that this fails already exist in
8.12.0: <https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/issues/499>
There is nearly one month away from the issue created, no comment about
it. Would the `re_extract()` function be removed from rainerscript? There
are tens of re_extract in my configuration, please....
