David, I added a file: /etc/rsyslog.d/enableDebug.conf with the contents: *.* /var/log/all.log;RSYSLOG_DebugFormat
And restarted rsyslog. I do not see a file all.log being created in /var/log. Could it be this feature was not included in rsyslog version 4.2.0 ?
