these will use libfastjson if it's available, but they do not require it
properly (liblognorm compiles without it, rsyslog detects that it's missing and
fails to compile)
by 'do not require it properly', I mean that when compiling them using the
rsyslog-pkg-ubuntu scripts, libfastjson does not get installed into the pbuilder
environment. If it's manually installed there, it gets used, but it doesn't get
pulled in if not.
