I remember I had sent some message at here or github? One year ago, I try to use queue.dequeueslowdown to force rsyslog send a larger es bulk, then find the disk queue would only read 8 messages per second, no matter how quickly the memory queue recovered. sorry I can't give more informations because I hadn't work in such env now.
