Hi all, *Today, we release rsyslog 8.1903.0 and librelp 1.4.0. *These new releases allow for a more dynamic use of openssl or gnutls for the relp modules in conjunction with the new librelp 1.4.0 release. That means, both tls methods are now interchangable without the need to rebuild either rsyslog or librelp. Other notable changes are the support for certless gnutls communication, support for dynamic keys in omkafka, the new improg module and the mostly rewritten omhttp module
