Interesing. Does the problem disappear if you increate the volume per tcpflood 
run by, say 10 times and reduce the out loop to 500?

That's my guess. I have seen that Docker containers exist for Amazon Linux and 
I have begun to craft  one for CI purposes. Manually running a build in it and 
a make check did not expose any problems. But if in your case it happens very 
infrequently, I can't say.

I guess you can use the spec files from there and to a "normal" RPM build.
