Starting system logger: rsyslog startup failure, child did not respond within startup timeout (60 seconds)
Issue when encrypted queues present on el6 and rsyslog 8.1905 - 8.1907 Verified the problem with encrypted queues is repeatable, which the feature is needed as security requirement. Debug output shows no issue with loading the queue 'ok' and return select() ok before process hangs and pidfile disappears with process running until memory exhausted and systems become unresponsive / unreachable (ssh).
