Good Evening: Would someone be so kind as to explain how to get precision time stamps in a log which reflect as close as possible the time the program calls for a log entry? This would be using C and would be from a daemon controlled by systemd.
The precision time stamps are working. Can this be done with open_log and vsyslog? System level configuration changes are fine.
