We simply use multiple instances of rsyslog with each doing its own work
and having its own cert definitions.

It looks like rsyslog only supports global CA certificate configuration. Is
there any way to configure different certificates for different servers?
If not, any suggestions on where to start or which files to look into if
we'd like to make a patch to add this feature?
