liblogging/stdlog.h -> rsyslogd writes gmtime in the logs, while (syslog->journald or /usr/bin/logger) -> rsyslogd writes localtime.
Can we configure (liblogging vs /usr/bin/logger) -> rsyslogd to log the same timestamps, on Red Hat Linux? Including Daylight Savings Time changes, without restarting the process which uses liblogging.
