Hi all, We have yesterday released rsyslog 8.2512.0 (scheduled-stable). This is the December snapshot of the daily-stable branch and provides a predictable update point for users who prefer time-based releases.
Major items in this release: - Network Namespace foundation completed. The feature was developed by Billie Alsup. Integration and merge work was done by Adiscon. - omhttp refactoring and enhancements contributed by Adrien GANDARIAS (shinigami35). This adds an explicit Splunk HEC profile, optional per-destination statistics, and internal cleanups. - mmsnareparse extended by Andre Lorbach (Adiscon). Improvements include trailing-pattern handling, POSIX regex support, and Sysmon event processing via external JSON definitions. There are several other features and fixes in this release.
