Email goes to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (which is email address that lives on an exchange server) which then in exchange, it actually delivers that to a "Contact" that has an email address of [EMAIL PROTECTED] and enters the RT gateway. The RT queue still uses [EMAIL PROTECTED] as its email.
