I've just installed RT, and having problems creating new Group. This
error message appears in the apache error_log. I'm guessing for some
reason it could not connect to mysql dB?
Transaction not committed. Usually indicates a software fault.Data loss
may have occurred (/www/apps/rt-3.4.5/lib/RT/Interface/Web/Handler.pm:205)
