I'm getting "You're almost there" error page.
I have compiled rt-3.4.5, apcahe2.0.58, and mod_perl2 (2.0.2)
Here is my httpd.conf file

The only thing I can see in the error logs is
No root path(s) specified at /www/apps/rt/bin/webmux.pl line 98
