You didn't saw what version of 3.4. Shall I assume 3.4.0? In 3.4.4,
lib/RT/Tickets_Overlay.pm was fixed such that you could do this query.
The relevant code appears to be:
my $null_columns_ok;
! if ( ( $op =~ /^IS$/i ) or ( $op =~ /^NOT LIKE$/i ) or ( $op eq
'!=' ) ) {
$null_columns_ok = 1;
}
changed to:
my $null_columns_ok;
! if ( ( $op =~ /^NOT LIKE$/i ) or ( $op eq '!=' ) ) {
$null_columns_ok = 1;
}
