Hi

I'm running rt 3.4.2. If I look at my list of open tickets which I own,
there are 20 in the RT web interface.

However if I run the following command:


 /opt/rt3/bin/rt  list  "owner = 'pete' AND ( status = 'open' OR status
= 'new' )"

I only get 11.

Any ideas why the discrepancy ?
