I was comparing rt-escalate to rt-crontool and found that rt-crontool doesn't escalate tickets over time but instead all at once when a certain date is reached.
I also saw the rt-remind script and would like to use that as well. Has anyone implemented either of these with v3.6 yet? Are they even compatible?
