Turns out that the wiki had a spelling error... The global option is: OldestTransactionsFirst, with a plural Transactions... So if you put the following in your RT_SiteConfig.pm, you should be all set. Set($OldestTransactionsFirst, 0); Hope that helps, Erik Peterson P.s.
