I know I'm digging up an old one, but I've finally updated to 3.6.1 from 3.4.2 and I'm still not able to add external links to Tabs. Jesse said he thought this was fixed, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Any further suggestions. I'm trying to Add them to The Tools Element Tab.
