However, I want to to provide a link that will log in as guest and view a specific ticket number in one link. The following link will show the ticket contents, but the user has to login: http://rt.ourcorp.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=477 Is there a way to combine the two links so that by clicking on it, the user is automatically logged in as guest and the ticket contents appear?
