Looks like you've added a typo along with your changes... that loc(Login') should be loc('Login') on linie 68 of /export/home/RT/share/html/Elements/Login

Also, if you're changing things in RT, it's   probably a good idea to do so in the local copy.
See http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?CleanlyCustomizeRT under 'Using the Local Directory' for further info. Basically, anything placed in the local directory will override the defaults. That way, when you update, you know what files you've changed or created, and hence should be able to upgrade more cleanly and with less hassle.
