I am new to RT and am trying to get it running with oracle and FastCGI. Everything seems to have installed and initialized correctly but I am having problems with the web server. I’ve been searching the list archives with no luck. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I am using RT 3.6.1, Oracle 9i, Redhat EL4 and httpd-2.0.

Here is the error message I am getting in /var/log/httpd/error_log:

Perhaps you've picked an invalid database type or spelled it incorrectly.
