log in as root click on queue->new queue , create the queues 

Now when the person(from ldap) logs in, will find the option to click on queue 
which will in return take the user to create a new ticket option page.

screen is displayed to choose a queue for the new ticket... 
But there is not any choice or any button to go further, although there is a 
"general" queue. Does anyone have any clue to solve that?
