Well, I went back and rechecked my cut 'n paste job, and it appears that whatever I changed a week ago is working now. I'm going to write this one down to PBKAC.
Wish I could go back and apply this to all of our closed tickets (for my manager's reports). Would you happen to know of a solution for this? If not, no biggie at all.
