Subject: [rt-users] Required:Resolved Tickets closes automatically after 7days

Hi Folks,
 
As required by our users that if the ticket has been resolved and no status has been changed for 7 days the ticket should automatically get closed and cannot be open again.
 
Please adivice how should I take up this work.
