Create a queue scrip , On create ,user defined action with something
similar to
$self->TicketObj->SetSubject ('whatever you want');

We want to create a separate queue for student lab monitors to submit
requests for printing refunds and I want to make it as simple as
possible. If we ask them to fill in the subject, they will do it
slightly differently each time.
