Hi, We're running rt 3.4.4. On rare occasions we have noticed that some submitted tickets, when entered into the database, will have a dollar sign added to the end of the EmailAddress table. Replies back to the requestor will not work until I go into the database and strip out the dollar sign. We've noticed that we'll get 4 or 5 entries like this over maybe 2-3 months.
Has anyone else experienced this? Barring a manual clean, is there any other way to fix this? Tia, -y
