I cloned my production RT box and upgraded the db to PG 8.2. When I tried to restore the db I got the error "DBD::Pg 1.41...MISSING". I ran make fixdeps and it was still missing. I ran cpan and it reported that it was installed. Forced an install and it seemed to work. Still no luck. So I downloaded 1.49 and installed it manually. RT still thinks it is missing. Ideas?
