Hi,
how can i upgrade from 2.0.11 to the current
version of RT (3.6.2) without loosing all
my data in the mysql-database ? Is
there a way to convert the mysql-database (including > 10k tickets)
from RT2.0.11 to RT-database 3.6.3 ?
