I'm using https without any problems: # cat /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-support |/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond --url https://customerdomain.net/rt I'm running RT on the same host as the email server in this case, which could make a difference. -Sean
