Is it possible to make a system-wide change of the string "RT" on the web interface and in email messages? I believe this is in accordance with the license agreement but please, if I'm wrong about that, let me know.
I would like to name the system "webtracker" rather than RT on the all interfaces a user can see. For example, "RT at a glance" would become "Webtracker at a glance" and anywhere else "RT" would appear. Many thanks!
