Recently moved and upgraded to a new server, old RT3.2.2 to the latest 3.6.3.
Everything installed great and seems to be working ok except for one thing that we can't seem to figure out. QueueAdmin and Superusers used to be able to change/assign ownership of tickets to either "Nobody" or other users, however, now all that shows up under owner is "Nobody" or "Nobody" and the current user. The old action used to display a list of users to change ownership to.
