To all,
I saw an E_mail here that referred to
"Set($ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs , 1);" as a way to get RT to
automatically put the CC of an E_mail into the CC of a ticket when RT
creates the ticket. However, I cannot find that reference in RT. Can
someone help me to find that parameter? Thanks.
