A query like

   UPDATE Transactions SET Type = 'Correspond' WHERE Type = 'Comment'

might do the trick. As far as I've been able to tell, the only place that Comments are distinguished from Correspondence is in the Type field of the Transactions table. But I'd sure be trying this on a non-production database first! If it works, that query will affect every ticket in every queue, regardless whether it's been resolved, deleted, or has any other status.
