To all,
I am testing RT 3.6.4 and looking at the reminder information on the
DataBase. I can find no field in the Ticket record that shows a
connection between the reminder record and the ticket record it is
connected to in the DataBase. Does anyone have any information on how
several reminders for a ticket maintain their connection to the correct
ticket? Thanks.
