My RT 3.6.3 system is up and running but it appears to be missing a feature that was available on 3.4.x systems.
When viewing a ticket, there used to be a panel on the page called "More About <Requestor Name>" which displayed other open tickets created by that requestor. It's vanished on 3.6.3.
