Hello,
Using RT 3.6.3, does anyone know how to globally deny DeleteTicket privelege
to a user?
We have users with the following privs assigned on a per queue basis:
ModifyTicket
OwnTicket
ShowTicket
ShowTicketComments
Watch
WatchAsAdminCc
We are having problems with users "accidently" deleting tickets that
should not be deleted. So we have a new policy where a select few users
are assigned the task of deleting tickets and all other users should never
delete tickets. I would like to enforce this via privs, however I don't
see how to do it.
Any ideas?
