I'm having trouble getting the permissions right for my helpddesk operators to be able to see & update User information.
I thought granting them the AdminUsers right would be enough but it doesn't appear to have any effect. The SuperUser can modify User information but that seems to be the only permission that works. What rights do I need to set or is this a Bug in 3.6.3 & 3.6.4? (As an aside, the Rights table in the Wiki http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/ManualRights doesn't render as a table. I tried to edit it a few times but wasn't able to correct it. Anyone know what's wrong?)
