Hi, I just installed the RT and i have found that whenever i create a new ticket it will take almost 62-65 second to complete the process.
Can you please tell me any ways to improve the speed. I have a local relay ( sendmail / Linux ) for a hosted mail serer in US. Thanks and Regards Murali.
