Got a ticket where the requestor's mail address is something like this.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hi created a ticket in the queue "test"

 

Therefore [EMAIL PROTECTED] is listed as a watcher.

But when replying to the ticket this mail address isn't listed under "On
Correspond Notify Requestors and Ccs with template Correspondence"

There is just nothing. So no answer will be send.

 

Is it because the mail address contains the same word as the queues
name?
